“A driving force towards building a rich network of Library Professionals” Bombay Science Librarians’ Association (BOSLA) is a professional association for Library and Information Professionals. It is one of the Mumbai's oldest Library associations existing since 1970s. Around mid-1990s, young and enthusiastic library professionals started taking active interest in the association’s activities. BOSLA’s membership started growing and today it has around 400 members from Research libraries, Academic libraries, College libraries and Corporate libraries. BOSLA provides a platform to its members for professional development through organizing conferences, workshops and training activities.
