The activities of BOSLA are conducted through its committees and sub-committees. Committees are appointed by the BOSLA Chairman who chairs and acts on the advice of the Committee members. Presently BOSLA has two main committees with three sub-committees to manage various activities of the association. The main committee called the Managing committee consists of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, General Secretary, Joint Secretary and a Treasurer. The executive committee consists of 10 members from different specialized libraries. The three sub-committees consist of a chairperson and three members each to support the regular activities of BOSLA. These committees are ICT Committee responsible for BOSLA website and ICT related activities, Newsletter Committee responsible for newsletter related activities and Event committee responsible for event related activities. |
